I'm Arya — originally from India, now firmly rooted in Dublin, a city I've genuinely made my own. I'm the kind of person who finds energy in new connections, thrives in rooms full of different people, and believes the best ideas come from conversations you weren't expecting to have.
Outside of work, I teach and perform dance — running workshops across Dublin and participating in dance programmes throughout the city. Dance has taught me things no classroom could: how to read a room, how to lead without force, and how to keep going when things don't go to plan. It keeps me grounded and creative in equal measure.
Professionally, I'm drawn to problems that sit at the intersection of people, data, and process — the kind where the right system or automation quietly removes friction that everyone had just accepted as normal. I care deeply about doing things properly, communicating clearly, and leaving things better than I found them.
I hold an MSc in Business Analytics from Trinity College Dublin (1:1) and a First Class from Manipal University — but honestly, I learn just as much from the people around me as I do from any programme.
